• Claim: the aerosols will stay near polar areas and will not interfere with light where we need it
• Claim: they expect to be able to fully mitigate warming in this fashion (because ice is cooling)
• Projected cost: 11 billion dollars a year (so looks like peanuts on the scale of climate-related spending)
