GitHub is having more and more troubles rendering Jupyter notebooks, and even the simplest notebooks sometimes require multiple reloads.
The alternative method of rendering Jupyter notebooks, via nbviewer.jupyter.org/
is also having the weirdest cache-related issues between it and GitHub (I was adding my complaints to github.com/jupyter/nbviewer/issues/979 in recent months on a regular basis).
WTF is going on? Is it that software engineers decided to pretend to be "effective managers" and are setting timeouts too tight and are invalidating some caches too fast trying to save some pennies?
