Update for DMM in Clojure project

Progress in my relations with Clojure: using "civilized patterns" more (Leiningen for builds, appropriate project and namespace structure, IDE (Proto-REPL in the Atom editor), "expect" framework for unit tests, and a version of async channels which is non-blocking (alt!! [channels] :default default-value) to input into a running network).

Just released a first experiment with async non-blocking input protocol...
